Most people know they should reduce sugar intake but they are lacking the understanding why they are getting cravings and what to do about them. It often feels too overwhelming so they choose to do nothing. My approach focuses on positivity and gradual progress. I encourage taking small, manageable steps to help you feel accomplished.
