Who Benefits

CDSA is beneficial for anyone experiencing ongoing digestive or gut-related symptoms — especially when the root cause isn’t clear. It provides a detailed look at how well your digestive system is functioning and helps identify imbalances that may be contributing to broader health concerns.

People who may benefit include those with:

  • Bloating, gas, abdominal discomfort or cramping
  • Constipation or diarrhoea
  • Reflux or heartburn
  • Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) or Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD)
  • Food intolerances or sensitivities
  • Chronic fatigue or low energy
  • Brain fog or poor concentration
  • Skin conditions such as eczema, acne, or rashes
  • Recurring infections or weakened immune function
  • Autoimmune conditions
  • Mood imbalances such as anxiety or depression (gut-brain connection)

This test is also useful for people who’ve tried many dietary or supplement changes without much success and want deeper insights into what’s really going on in their gut. It can guide a more targeted, personalised treatment plan based on what your body actually needs — not guesswork.

What Is Tested

This comprehensive test provides valuable insights into your gut health by assessing:

  • pH levels – to understand your gut environment
  • Microscopic and macroscopic markers – to detect signs of inflammation, infection, or damage
  • Digestive and absorption markers – to assess how well your body is breaking down and absorbing nutrients
  • Beneficial bacteria – to evaluate levels of healthy gut flora
  • Pathogenic bacteria – to detect harmful bacteria that may cause illness
  • Opportunistic and dysbiotic bacteria – to identify imbalances that may contribute to symptoms
  • Yeast and fungi – to check for overgrowths like Candida
  • Parasites – to identify any intestinal parasites that may be affecting your health
  • Inflammation markers – to detect signs of irritation or immune activation in the gut
  • Digestive enzyme activity – to assess how well your body is digesting food

In addition, the report provides personalised recommendations for herbs and supplements that may help manage harmful microbes and restore balance in your digestive system.

Results

Based on the test findings, clients may be recommended specific supplements, herbs, or dietary changes.

Some people notice improvements within the first week, while for others it may take several months, depending on the complexity of each case.
