About The Test

This test is my go-to tool when I want to investigate whether my clients are reacting to certain foods. I’ve been using this test. since 2017 and have tested more than 400 clients.

The Hair500 test helps identify which foods are suitable for you and which ones may be contributing to your health symptoms. It’s a simple, non-invasive test that uses a hair sample to analyse over 600 Australian foods. You’ll receive a clear, easy-to-understand report along with professional guidance — all with a fast turnaround time.

This test is a valuable tool for discovering which dietary changes may help improve your health. Also suitable for children and babies.

How it works:

    1. Order and pay for the test – Choose credit card, PayPal, or contact me for bank details if you prefer direct deposit. Test fee for the lab is $299.00
    2. Receive an email with instructions – You’ll get step-by-step guidance on how to cut your hair and fill out the form.
    3. Post your hair sample to the lab. Typical processing time is under 7 days.
    4. I’ll contact you via phone or email to book a consultation and discuss your results. (Note: The report discussion consultation is separately $139.00 for a 60-minute session.)
    5. You’ll receive your results by email before the consultation, so you have time to review them.

Results

Some people notice improvements in their health within a week — for example, headaches may not return or bloating may disappear. For others, it can take 6–8 weeks, depending on factors like age, how chronic the condition is, and individual response time. Autoimmune conditions may take longer to improve.

By identifying and removing food-related triggers, we can often clear away many of the symptoms that have been clouding the picture. Once those food-related issues are out of the way, it becomes much easier to see if or which symptoms are still present — the ones that are likely rooted in deeper, underlying imbalances. At that point, we can address these true symptoms more specifically and effectively. Where needed, targeted supplements or creams may be recommended to support the body while it continues to heal and rebalance.

In case you are unsure if this test would help your condition please contact me via email or phone to discuss it further.
